Role Overview:

As a Talent Sourcing Analyst at Resource Algorithm, you will be responsible for identifying
and engaging the right talent for client mandates across various industries. This role combines research, precision, and outreach — helping fuel the top of the hiring funnel with quality candidate pipelines. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Analyze job descriptions and understand hiring requirements shared by clients.
b) Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and Boolean searches to source candidates.
c) Screen candidate profiles based on key criteria like experience, location, and skill fit.
d) Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming mandates.
e) Maintain accurate records in trackers/ATS systems and support documentation.
f) Prioritize urgent roles and maintain response quality.
g) Achieve joining and revenue targets on monthly basis.
