Role Overview:

As a Client Engagement Specialist – Digital Channels at Resource Algorithm, you will be responsible for initiating, nurturing, and converting client relationships through digital
platforms — primarily LinkedIn.

This is a strategic online outreach role designed to build a pipeline of potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the business development team in client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Conduct targeted outreach to HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers via LinkedIn and email.
b) Create personalised messaging and follow-up sequences to generate interest
c) Research and identify potential clients based on industry, hiring trends, and company size
d) Build and maintain engagement pipelines using internal trackers
e) Coordinate with BD manager to schedule intro calls or demos
f) Share marketing collateral and service decks to educate prospective clients
g) Stay updated on market trends, competition, and LinkedIn best practices
h) Support lead handoff for closures and ensure smooth internal coordination
